Coaching is brilliant in the room. Most of it fades in the week that follows. We built Actifyr Coach for the week.
The gap
Tuesday: something real surfaces. Friday: half of it's faded. Sunday: the goal slips. Three months later, the sponsor asks what changed. The honest answer is usually "the conversations were great."
The session was never the problem. The space between sessions was.
What it is
Actifyr Coach does one thing. It turns what happens in the session into what happens in the rest of life.
Built for coaches. Owned by coachees. Trusted by the sponsors who fund the work.
How it works
At the end of every session, you and your coachee record a ten-minute wrap together. Both voices, with consent. This isn't transcription. It's co-created commitment.
AI structures the wrap into themes, actions, learnings, suggested habits. You both review it. The coachee has final say on every commitment that gets published.
Behaviour change is a neuroscience problem, not a willpower one. The brain encodes new habits through repetition across days and through cues tied to specific contexts.
Who it's for
For coaches
Trigger a ten-minute joint recording from your phone or laptop. Both voices captured, with consent.
Themes, action items, learning suggestions, habit recommendations. All shown back to you before anything publishes.
See engagement health across all your coachees. Action completion rates, habit streaks, attendance patterns.
Run five or fifty engagements. The cockpit shows you which coachees need attention, which are thriving.
Monthly metrics generated automatically. You don't write the report. The platform does, with the coachee's full visibility.
Watch coachees actually do what you both agreed in the session. The feedback loop closes.
When outcomes are visible, sponsors fund more confidently. Coaching becomes investible.
Patterns across coachees become visible to you. You see what works, what doesn't, where you grow.
The hours you spent writing sponsor reports? Spend them coaching, or with your family.
For coachees
The commitments you made in the session, surfaced on the days they're due. Small, specific, doable.
The behaviours you're trying to build, tracked over time. See your consistency, build on it.
Tied to your goals. Delivered when it's useful, not as a content library to wade through.
Short, optional, private. Helps you notice what's shifting and what isn't.
Nothing publishes to your plan without your approval. Your coach proposes. You decide.
What was real in the session stays real through the week. The work becomes part of your life, not separate from it.
Each session picks up where you left off. No reconstructing what was discussed two weeks ago.
See the streaks. See the actions completed. See how far you've come.
Without ever seeing what you discussed. The confidentiality is architectural.
For sponsors
For every coachee you're funding, see how active they are between sessions. Attendance, action completion, engagement velocity.
Behavioural change tracked over time, in aggregate. Not journal entries. Not session content. Just consistency.
The percentage progress against each goal. The actual goal text stays private between coach and coachee.
One paragraph per coachee, generated from the metrics. Readable in a board meeting.
The database physically cannot serve session content to your account. It's not a policy. It's the schema.
For the first time, you have evidence the coaching is producing change. Renewal decisions become evidence-based.
Across multiple coaches you fund, see which engagements produce activation. Procurement becomes data-led.
Because you genuinely cannot see what they discussed. The architecture earns the trust the policy promises.
Your CFO asks what coaching delivered. You have an answer that's defensible without breaching confidentiality.
What's different
The wrap is made by you and your coachee together. Both voices on the recording, by design. The synthesis is what you both said. Not what one party extracted from the other.
The output isn't a transcript. It's a thirty-day plan. Action cards on specific days, habits with streaks, learning content in five-minute formats. The week, structured.
Sponsors never see session content. Not because of a privacy policy. Because the database is built that way. They see whether the work is working. They never see the work itself.
The science
Three lines of research converge on one insight. Insight alone doesn't change behaviour. Structure does.
Gollwitzer and Sheeran's 2006 meta-analysis (94 studies) showed that linking a goal to a specific cue — "if Tuesday morning, then call my report" — more than doubles follow-through. This is the principle behind our action cards.
Stanford's BJ Fogg established that behaviour happens when motivation, ability, and a prompt converge. And that making something easier matters more than making someone want it more. This is why our daily nudges are small, specific, and timed to the coachee's pattern.
The 2023 workplace coaching meta-analysis (Cannon-Bowers et al.) and ICF's own research show coaching produces measurable change. The gap is between the session and what happens after. That's the gap we close.
Three lines of behavioural-science research. One shared conclusion.

About
Actifyr Coach was built after years of watching the same gap close more slowly than it should. The thesis is simple. The coaching conversation is the spark. The platform is what helps it become fire. Without ever replacing the coach, surveilling the coachee, or compromising the trust that makes coaching work in the first place.
Fifteen minutes. One wrap recording, one activation plan. We'll show you how the end of a session becomes the start of thirty days.
Questions, partnerships, anything else. We read everything that lands here, and we'll reply within one working day.
